Outbound Calling Specialist / Appointment Setter
Remote | Bonuses | Ongoing Opportunity
We are hiring outbound calling specialists to contact service business owners in the United States and either connect interested owners to our closer or schedule a short presentation on the closer’s calendar.
This is a steady outbound calling role.
Leads are provided.
No prospecting or research is required.
Multiple openings available.
This role is focused on setting appointments only.
You will not run demos.
You will not close sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day
• Speak with business owners and decision makers
• Work past gatekeepers and reach the right person
• Transfer interested owners to the closer when available
• Schedule a 15–20 minute presentation when a live transfer is not possible
• Send short follow-up messages when needed
• Use GoHighLevel CRM for calling and follow-up (training provided)

Schedule
• Calls are made during US business hours
• Typical calling hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the prospect’s local time zone
Bonuses
• $5 for each qualified presentation attended
• $100 bonus if the deal closes from your appointment
Ideal Candidate
You should apply if you:
• Have outbound BPO or call center experience
• Are comfortable with high daily call volume
• Speak clear, confident English
• Can speak naturally with US business owners
• Can handle objections without losing
• Have reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and a headset
Outbound BPO or call center experience is strongly preferred.
