ProLynk is a growing Ireland-based home-services platform connecting homeowners with local service professionals across Ireland.

We are hiring a confident, patient and reliable Philippines-based VA for a long-term outbound calling and Pro activation role.

THE ROLE

Your main responsibility will be contacting Irish service professionals (“Pros”) by PHONE and WHATSAPP.

You will:

• Make outbound calls to local service professionals
• Explain ProLynk clearly and naturally
• Help professionals claim their existing ProLynk profile/account
• Guide interested Pros through profile activation and verification
• Follow up by phone and WhatsApp when appropriate
• Update call outcomes, notes and follow-up status in our CRM

This is NOT a general data-entry VA position.

We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners, can remain friendly after rejection, and is happy to make the next call without becoming discouraged.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent spoken English with clear, easy-to-understand pronunciation
• Confident and natural on the phone
• Patient, friendly and professional
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up
• Able to handle rejection calmly
• Reliable and consistent
• Previous BPO voice, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting or customer-service experience is an advantage

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

You must already have:

• Your own laptop or desktop computer
• Reliable home internet
• Good-quality headset/microphone
• Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls
• Ability to use browser-based CRM, WhatsApp and VoIP calling tools

ProLynk does not provide a computer for this position.

WORKING HOURS

Part-time: 20 hours per week
Monday–Friday, approximately 4 hours per day.

Initial preferred schedule:

09:00–13:00 IRELAND TIME

Some flexibility within Irish business hours may be discussed.

COMPENSATION

$6–$7 USD/hour depending on experience

PLUS PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUS for strong, quality results.

This is intended to become a long-term position for the right person.

START

We are hiring now and expect the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, normally within 1–2 weeks.
