Job Overview
Insurance Claim Recovery Support Public Adjusters (ICRS) is seeking a highly fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to handle outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting for U.S.-based commercial and multifamily real estate professionals.
This is a voice-heavy role. Candidates must speak near-native English with a neutral or American-sounding accent and be comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and executives.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
Make outbound follow-up and cold calls to:
• Commercial & multifamily property management companies
• Property owners and real estate syndicators
• Insurance brokers
• Fire, water, and restoration companies
Qualify prospects based on:
-Property type
-Role (owner, manager, broker, etc.)
-Insurance claim history or risk exposure
-Handle basic objections professionally
-Schedule qualified appointments using GoHighLevel calendar
-Set up online Zoo
-Send appointment confirmations and follow-up
-Reduce no-shows through proper confirmations and reminders
LinkedIn Outreach
-Perform outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Salesnavigator
-Send connection requests and follow-up messages using approved scripts
-Engage prospects professionally without sounding spammy
-Coordinate LinkedIn conversations with phone and
- Jeeva.ai experience is a big plus
CRM & Admin (GoHighLevel)
-Enter, update, and manage leads in GoHighLevel (GHL)
-Manage calendar bookings and appointment status
-Trigger and monitor automated follow-up
-Log call outcomes, LinkedIn activity, and detailed notes
-Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and organized
Required Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)
MUST-HAVE
-Near-native English fluency
-Neutral or American-sounding accent
-Confident, professional phone presence
Prior experience with:
-Outbound calling or cold calling
-Appointment setting
-B2B sales or lead generation
-Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business professionals
-Reliable internet connection and professional headset
STRONGLY PREFERRED
-Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
-Experience with GHL calendars and follow-up
-Experience scheduling Zoo
-LinkedIn outreach or social selling experience
