JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Calling Expert to join our team to expand our banking relationships throughout the U.S. The successful candidate will conduct outbound calling campaigns to gather information & initiate meaningful connections with banking professionals by securing appointments for senior management with the bank representatives.
-Candidates will need to be available during U.S. banking hours (9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time)

*Key Responsibilities*
-Execute daily outbound calling campaigns to multiple banks and financial institutions
-Engage with banking professionals to gather key information about their lending practices, loan products, and partnership opportunities
-Utilize company-provided scripts and structured question sets to ensure consistent messaging and information collection
-Schedule and coordinate appointments between bank representatives and senior management
-Maintain detailed records of all interactions, outcomes, and follow-up requirements in Google sheets for transfer into our CRM system
-Research and qualify potential banking partners in targeted regional markets

*Qualifications*
Essential Experience:

-Mastery of English language, both in verbal and writing capacities
-Minimum 2 years of proven outbound calling experience in a professional environment
-Background in banking and familiarity with lending products

Core Skills:

-Exceptional verbal communication and phone presence
-Strong listening skills with ability to gather and document detailed information
-Self-motivated with ability to work independently and relay information to the team
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive etc.)
-Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain persistent follow-up
