Part-Time | Growth Opportunity
I’m a solo entrepreneur running a one-year-old home services company, and I’m looking for the right person to help me take things to the next level.
This is not a corporate job. You won’t be dealing with layers of management, endless meetings, or office politics. You’ll be working directly with me in a relaxed environment where results matter, ideas are welcome, and your efforts can make a real difference.
I’m looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and can also help with social media and light administrative tasks.
As the business grows, hours, responsibilities, and pay will grow as well.
What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound Calling & Customer Acquisition
? Calling prospective customers and business accounts
? Following up with leads and contacts
? Setting appointments and creating opportunities
? Maintaining notes and tracking conversations
? Helping build relationships and grow the business
Social Media Support
? Creating and scheduling posts
? Posting content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
? Helping build our online presence
? Basic Canva graphics or image editing is a plus
? Assisting with ideas for videos and content
Virtual Assistant Tasks
? Email management
? Data entry and online research
? Maintaining contact lists and spreadsheets
? Light administrative support
? Miscellaneous tasks to help keep things organized
Requirements
? Fluent spoken and written English
? Clear, friendly, and professional speaking voice
? Experience with telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound calling
? Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
? Social media experience is helpful
? Strong follow-up and organizational skills
? Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
? Comfortable using Google Workspace and spreadsheets
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Available during U.S. Pacific daytime business hours
