We’re a fast-paced real estate investment company focused on wholesaling and house flipping in various U.S. markets. We’re seeking a highly motivated, experienced outbound call setter to join our team and help us identify and qualify motivated sellers.
You’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, building rapport, gathering critical property details, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. Your role is essential to keeping our pipeline full and closing profitable deals.
Responsibilities:
Make 150–200 outbound cold calls per day using our dialer and scripts
Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and timeline
Set appointments for acquisition reps to close the deal
Use CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel) to manage leads and update call notes
Follow up consistently with warm leads via call, SMS, and
Handle objections professionally and build trust with sellers
Attend daily or weekly huddles with the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as an outbound call setter or cold caller in U.S. real estate, especially wholesaling or flipping
Strong understanding of distressed property seller psychology
Comfortable with cold calling, overcoming objections, and closing for the appointment
Fluent, neutral English accent with excellent grammar and listening skills
Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, CallTools, REIReply, or similar
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and basic automations
Quiet home office setup with fast, reliable internet
Self-starter with excellent work ethic and time management skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Preferred but not required - You live in Cebu or surrounding areas - Please identify in application if from Visayas region.
Experience in the Washington, Texas, Florida, Georgia, or Arizona real estate markets
Previous success in setting 3–5+ qualified appointments per day
Experience working with VAs or virtual teams
Familiarity with real estate scripts (e.g., “4 Pillars” framework)
