We are a luxury fine art portrait photography studio in the United
States (Michael Anthony Studios) looking for a warm, professional
remote Client Concierge to join our team.
This is an ongoing part-time role with consistent hours. You will
be the voice of the studio between the time a client books their
portrait session and the day they arrive. Your job is to make sure
every client feels prepared, excited, and confident walking through
our doors.
This is not a sales role. It is a client experience role. You will
be calling confirmed appointment clients to walk them through what
to expect, answer any questions they have, and ensure they are
fully prepared for their session day.
Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to clients who have already booked their
portrait session
- Walking clients through what to expect on their session day —
wardrobe, timing, what to bring, and how the experience works
- Answering questions about the studio, the session, and the
same-day ordering appointment
- Confirming appointment details and reducing no-shows
- Sending follow-up SMS or
- Logging call notes and updating client records in our CRM
- Flagging any special requests or concerns to the studio team
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English — clear, warm, and professional
(this is required and non-negotiable for this role)
- A naturally friendly and reassuring phone presence
- Comfortable making outbound calls and holding a genuine
conversation
- Organized and detail-oriented — you will be managing multiple
clients and appointments at once
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet call environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
- Consistent availability during assigned shift hours
