JOB OVERVIEW

Modern Air Systems is a residential and light commercial HVAC company in San Antonio, Texas. We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for outbound calling. You'll turn old and inactive leads into booked appointments and follow up with customers so no opportunity slips through.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Call past leads who asked for a quote or service but never booked, and re-engage them
Follow up on open estimates and quotes that haven't been approved
Call past customers about maintenance tune-ups, seasonal check-ups and equipment replacement
Book appointments directly into our scheduling system (Housecall Pro)
Log every call, outcome and follow-up date in the CRM
Follow our call scripts and adapt them naturally to each conversation
Handle common objections politely and professionally
Send a short end-of-day report: calls made, contacts reached, appointments set

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
At least 1 year of outbound calling, appointment setting or telemarketing, ideally for US home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, etc.)
Confident on the phone, friendly and persistent without being pushy
Organized and reliable with CRM notes and follow-up dates
Available during US Central Time business hours
Quiet workspace, reliable internet (with backup), and a quality USB headset

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or a similar field-service CRM
Basic knowledge of HVAC terms (tune-up, SEER, heat pump, etc.)
