JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter / SDR to help us connect with qualified leads, book appointments, and drive business growth through proactive outreach.

This role is ideal for someone who:

We’re not just looking for someone who can dial we want someone with a hunter mentality who enjoys the challenge of outbound sales and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Book qualified appointments for two growing companies
Make high-volume outbound calls (warm & cold leads)
Book qualified appointments for the sales team
Follow proven scripts, frameworks, and onboarding training
Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward booking
Update lead statuses and manage pipelines in CRM
Participate in role-plays, coaching, and ongoing sales training
Learn and adapt quickly to our offer, audience, and messaging
(Optional growth) Assist with inbox management and outreach tasks

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualities
Proven outbound calling or appointment setting experience
Strong English communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent
Ability to build rapport quickly and reduce resistance
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Coachable and open to feedback and training
Self-motivated and consistent with daily targets

Preferred Background
Experience making 150–200 calls/day
Background in cold calling, SDR, telesales, or appointment setting
Familiar with CRM tools and pipeline management
Experience in B2B, service-based businesses, coaching, or healthcare (a plus)
Willingness to learn social media outreach and inbox engagement

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is measured by results, not just activity. You will be expected to:
Maintain strong daily call volume
Consistently book qualified appointments
Improve show-up rates
Contribute to closed deals through quality conversations and follow-ups
We’re looking for someone who can quickly ramp up and help increase qualified conversations week over week.

Base Pay
$5.00 USD per hour
Plus commission on every attended appointment and closed deal.
