Magenta is hiring experienced Outbound Appointment Setters!

We are a U.S.-based company that helps roofing contractors generate appointments with homeowners in Texas.

We are looking for experienced cold callers who are confident speaking English and can handle objections while booking appointments.

$600 USD/month base
+$50 for every qualified appointment that holds
Top performers can earn $2,100+/month
UNCAPPED commission

Tuesday–Saturday
11:00 AM–8:00 PM U.S. Central Time

You must be available for the full schedule consistently.

Make outbound calls to homeowners in Texas
Follow our proven script
Handle objections
Qualify homeowners
Book free roof inspection appointments
Maintain consistent daily call activity

We provide the leads, calling system, script, and training.

✅ REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of outbound/cold-calling experience
Strong conversational English
Experience speaking with U.S. customers preferred
BPO/call center experience is a plus
Reliable internet
Computer and headset
Quiet workspace
Reliable attendance

We are looking for real salespeople—not beginners looking for their first calling job.
