JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring outbound appointment setters to join our growing remote team.

Role Overview
• You will call real estate agents
• Offer a free first photo shoot
• Book appointments into our client’s calendar
• Once booked, your job is done

No closing. No admin. No customer support.

Daily Workflow
• 2 clients per day
• 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon
• 20–30 calls per session minimum
• Goal: 1–2 bookings per client session

Weekly Expectations
• 5 days per week
• Handle up to 10 clients total
• Book ~3 free shoots per client per week

Schedule (Important)
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. hours)
• You must be able to work these exact hours consistently

• You want to grow and improve your performance

Requirements
• Experience in cold calling / appointment setting / sales
• Strong spoken English
• Stable internet and quiet workspace
• Comfortable using CRM tools

Compensation
• $10/hour + $5 Bonus per close
• Paid bi-weekly
• Bonus opportunities may be available based on performance
