JOB OVERVIEW

ClientAscend is hiring a long-term outbound Appointment Setter / Live Transfer Agent to work with U.S. leads in two industries: life insurance and business funding.

This is primarily a PHONE SALES / SETTING position. This is not a general VA or administrative role.

We provide:

Leads
CRM and dialer
Call scripts
Follow-up system
Training and workflows
Live-transfer destinations

Your responsibilities:

Call new and existing leads promptly
Speak naturally and confidently with U.S. prospects
Establish rapport and determine interest
Handle basic objections
Perform basic qualification
Record accurate outcomes and notes in our CRM
Schedule callbacks when appropriate
Live-transfer qualified/interested prospects
Follow established calling and compliance procedures

Life Insurance

You will contact consumers who have expressed interest in life-insurance information. Your job is to establish contact and transfer interested prospects to our licensed insurance agent.

You will NOT provide insurance advice, quote coverage, recommend products, or perform licensed insurance activities.

Business Funding / MCA

You will contact business owners regarding business-funding opportunities, determine basic interest/qualification, and transfer qualified prospects to our MCA closer.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English
Clear, easily understood pronunciation
Comfortable speaking with American consumers and business owners
Previous outbound calling, appointment-setting, telesales, BPO, or call-center experience
Comfortable handling rejection and objections
Experience using a CRM/dialer
Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset
Able to work designated U.S. Eastern Time hours

Experience with Final Expense/life insurance, MCA/business funding, live transfers, or U.S. outbound sales is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$5–$7 USD/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

Initial position will be approximately 20 hours per week. We will begin with a paid trial. Strong performance can lead to increased hours and a long-term position.
