We are a U.S.-based financial services organization hiring two full-time outbound appointment setters.
This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling and appointment setting.
You are not responsible for closing sales. Your job is to consistently set qualified appointments so our team can handle the rest. This is a structured, performance-driven role with clear expectations, weekly targets, and stable base pay.
SCHEDULE:
-Full-time: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Fixed schedule to be discussed)
COMPENSATION
-Base Salary: $450–$500 USD per month (depending on experience)
-Paid bi-monthly (twice per month) with guaranteed base pay
-$30 USD bonus for every recruited and onboarded agent (recruit bonus paid 7–14 days after onboarding confirmation)
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Weekly Minimum Requirement:
-8–10 qualified appointments set per week
(A “qualified appointment” means: Genuine interest in learning more, Properly scheduled on our calendar, Accurate notes entered in CRM)
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
-14-day probation period
Continued employment depends on:
-Consistent dialing effort, Following scripts and instructions, Ability to set qualified appointments, Appointment quality (no fake or low-quality bookings)
Failure to meet expectations during the probation period will result in termination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Make outbound calls using provided scripts
-Set qualified appointments on our calendar
-Enter accurate notes into CRM
-Confirm scheduled appointments
-Follow instructions and coaching closely
REQUIREMENTS
-Clear spoken English
-Comfortable making outbound calls for long periods
-Reliable internet connection and headset
-Coachable and consistent
-Able to follow systems and processes exactly
