JOB OVERVIEW

Outbound Appointment Setter (US Market – Phone Calls)
We are a US-based financial services company looking for reliable, clear-English appointment setters to make outbound phone calls to US consumers.
This role is NOT cold selling.

Your job is to:
Call leads from provided lists
Follow a clear script
Qualify prospects
Book appointments for licensed advisors

If you are confident on the phone, can follow instructions, and want long-term stable work, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Making outbound phone calls to US leads
Following a structured script (no improvising or selling)
Asking qualification questions
Booking appointments when criteria is met
Updating call outcomes accurately

Requirements:
Clear, understandable English (neutral accent preferred)
Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours per day
Able to follow scripts and rules exactly
Quiet work environment + stable internet
Reliable headset + computer
Willing to be trained and coached

You will NOT be selling insurance
You will NOT be quoting prices
You will NOT need prior insurance experience
Calls are recorded for training & quality assurance

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
1-hour unpaid break

Pay & Growth:
Starting: $6.50–$9.00/hr (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available
