We are seeking a confident and results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments for our home service professionals. If you’re a strong communicator with a knack for building rapport and closing appointments, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and outbound
• Engage prospects with a professional and friendly demeanor, clearly explaining the value of our services.
• Qualify leads by asking key questions to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with our service team to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead status in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals and KPIs.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
•Utilize LinkedIn and other oblige platforms to find prospects and set appointments
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing (1+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Comfortable working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and phone systems.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
