JOB OVERVIEW

Covaro AI builds AI phone receptionists and SMS automation for independent pest control businesses across Australia. Owners miss calls while they’re on the tools, and those calls go to the next business on Google. We fix that.

I run the sales meetings. I need one good setter to run the dials and book them.

The role
25 hours a week, 9am to 2pm Manila time, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do

• 60 to 70 outbound calls per shift to pest control business owners across Australia
• Call from a tested script. You are not selling. You are booking a 30 minute call with me
• Log every call outcome in our tracker
• Handle 3 or 4 standard objections using responses I’ll train you on
• Follow up calls on no-shows
• Short numbers report at the end of every shift

What I need from you
• 2+ years outbound B2B cold calling, ideally into AU, US or UK markets
• Clear, neutral English. Confident with business owners who answer their own mobile
• Thick skin. Most calls end in a no and that’s fine
• You follow the script, then tell me what’s failing so we fix it
• Honest call numbers.

Equipment

• Working PC, noise cancelling headset, quiet room
• Minimum 10mbps internet plus a backup connection
• Backup power

What you get

800 AUD base, paid fortnightly, on time
• $25 AUD for every appointment that shows up
• $100 AUD commission every time one of your appointments signs as a client. Uncapped commissions
• Full training and support, script, objection sheet.
• Only 25 hours a week, and the role goes full time as we grow. I want one setter who grows with the business, not a rotating door who will eventually grow into a closer.
