JOB OVERVIEW

I run a coaching business that helps creators sign paid deals with tech brands through organic UGC. Our students film short-form videos on their phones and post them at high volume, so we need dependable editors to turn their raw clips into clean, native-looking TikToks and Reels. You wouldn't edit for me directly. You'd get paired with our students and cut their footage on an ongoing basis.

What you'll be doing

Editing 30 to 60+ short-form videos a month (TikTok/Reels style)
Snappy captions, cuts, hooks, b-roll, zooms, sound effects
Matching the style of top creators in each campaign (I send references, you replicate)
Holding a steady turnaround so posting stays on track
Keeping drafts organized and handing off ready-to-post files

What I'm looking for

You've edited short-form that actually performs, not just "clean" edits
You get the native TikTok/Reels look (not overproduced, not YouTube-style), NO DEADSPACES
Quick turnaround and reliable. Volume is the whole game here
Solid communication, you don't go quiet on me
Bonus: you already cut UGC or creator content

What I don't need

Cinematic long-form editors
Anyone who needs their hand held on every clip
Slow perfectionists. Speed and consistency beat one "perfect" video
