About Us
We're an online education company offering exam preparation products for professional certifications in HR, project management, and critical care nursing. We're hiring a resourceful marketer to grow customers through partnerships, communities, SEO, and creative organic marketing.
This role centers on finding overlooked opportunities. We want someone who can find where potential customers already gather, figure out practical ways to reach them, and turn ideas into measurable results.
We'll share our company name and website with shortlisted applicants before the paid assessment.

Future responsibility. As the role grows, we'll ask you to analyze paid ad performance alongside organic results, so we can understand which channels drive signups and where to invest next. You won't manage campaigns or budgets.
We provide educational content, approved resources, and developer support. You don't need to code or write expert educational content.

How to Apply
Apply by replying here on the platform. Put GROWTH [Your Name] as the first line of your message, then begin your answers with the word "Compass" so we know you read the full post. Keep each answer to a few sentences.
Initiative and results. Tell us about one marketing opportunity you personally discovered and acted on. How did you find it, what did you do, and what happened? Include real results where possible. A failed test is fine if you explain what you learned.

Opportunity challenge. A hypothetical company sells a $100 certification prep product. You have $500 and 30 days, and no paid advertising. Suggest one overlooked way to reach an existing group of potential customers. Who would you approach, what would you offer, and how would you measure success? Maximum 150 words.
Availability. Confirm you can work 20 hours per week at the stated pay. Include your preferred working hours in Philippine time and your earliest start date. We'll need at least 2 hours of overlap with 9 AM to 5 PM US Eastern for meetings.
