Organic Growth & Community Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

Frontline Optics is a premium eyewear brand built for First Responders. We focus on durability, function, and earning trust through authenticity—not hype. Our growth strategy prioritizes organic traffic, community engagement, and long-term brand loyalty over paid ads and discount-driven tactics.

The Role:
We are hiring an Organic Growth & Community Marketing Specialist to grow organic traffic, brand awareness, and non-paid revenue through authentic engagement and content across social and community-driven platforms.

This role is not about hard selling or spamming links. It’s about participating in conversations, providing value, and creating curiosity that naturally leads people to discover our brand.

Core Responsibilities:
• Schedule and post social media content
• Comment and engage on relevant Instagram and Facebook posts
• Participate meaningfully in Facebook Groups and ---------- discussions
• Write Reddit comments and threads that add value (no selling)
• Repurpose existing brand content across platforms
• Create short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
• Suggest content ideas needed from the founder
• Monitor comments and conversations and flag opportunities or issues

Time split: ~60% engagement / ~40% content creation

Secondary Responsibilities
• Writing blog content (as needed)
• Identifying trends and recurring conversation themes

Brand Voice & Guidelines
• Educational, personal, insider tone
• Speak naturally and authentically (training provided)
• No competitor mentions
• No discount pushing
• No hard selling
• Soft problem ? solution framing only
• Donation mentions acceptable when relevant
• No “hero” language

Autonomy & Approval
• Pre-approved short engagement comments can be posted freely
• Longer posts, educational threads, or personal storytelling require approval
• When unsure ? ask for clarification

KPIs & Success Metrics
Success is measured using a mix of hard metrics and directional trends:
• Organic website traffic growth
• Lift in revenue not attributed to paid media
• Referral traffic from social and community platforms
• Engagement quality
• Qualitative wins (mentions, screenshots, DMs)

Reporting cadence:
• Weekly summary
• Monthly KPI deep dive

Requirements (Must-Have)
• Prior experience with Instagram and Facebook brands
• Prior Reddit brand participation
• Comfortable clarifying content needs
• Ability to repurpose images and B-roll
• Strong written communication
• Comfortable with US-based audiences

Hours & Schedule
• 20–25 hours per week to start
• Opportunity to scale
• Small US overlap required
• Start time: 6:00 AM Philippines time

Compensation & Trial Period
• $6–$9 USD per hour
• 90-day trial period
• Rolling 90-day contracts if successful
• Performance bonuses tied to KPIs
