Job description
Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Organic Content Manager to lead and execute our content strategy across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee social media, blog, video, and email content operations for all our brands, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and engaging content that aligns with the firm’s marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Oversee content creation and publishing for all social media platforms across brands
Coordinate with graphic designers to develop content calendars
Review and approve all content for accuracy and legal/ethical compliance
Monitor platforms and ensure timely, professional responses to comments
Actively engage with other relevant pages/accounts to grow reach and foster community
Blog Content Operations

Research trending and relevant topics in the legal industry
Assign blog topics to writers and track progress
Review, edit, and finalize blog drafts
Coordinate with web developer for timely posting
Video Content Operations

Assign video topics to attorneys or content creators
Review raw videos and coordinate with editors for revisions
Schedule and publish videos across social platforms
Ensure all video content meets brand, quality, and compliance standards

Email Marketing

Create, edit, and send regular newsletters across all brands
Maintain content quality, accuracy, and alignment with broader marketing strategies
Ensure all communications meet ethical and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital content management
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong understanding of brand voice, audience engagement, and ethical marketing
Proficiency with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), and basic project management tools
Experience with blog platforms (e.g., WordPress) and video editing coordination preferred
Familiarity with legal marketing or professional services marketing is a plus
