Job Description
We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce company running multiple Shopify stores.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Issue Manager to handle order-related problems, product accuracy, and communication with support and suppliers.
Your role is very important: you make sure orders are correct, customers receive the right products, and issues are solved fast.
Your Responsibilities
Check and manage order statuses in Shopify
Identify and fix order issues (wrong items, delays, missing info, etc.)
Verify and improve size charts for best-selling products
Check product quality issues and flag problems
Fix incorrect product listings (wrong info, variants, images, etc.)
Communicate with:
Customer Support team
Suppliers / agents
Ensure smooth order flow and minimize customer complaints
Follow internal SOPs and report issues clearly
Requirements
You MUST have:
Experience with Shopify
Experience in fashion dropshipping stores
Experience handling order issues / operations
Ability to work with Slack
Strong attention to detail
Good written English
Ability to work full-time
Looking for a long-term position
Nice to have:
Experience working with suppliers/agents
Experience improving product pages (size charts, variants, etc.)
