We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand looking for a highly detail-oriented Order Issue Manager to take full ownership of order tracking, missing items, and fulfillment coordination.
This role is critical to our operations, and we are only looking for someone with proven experience in fashion dropshipping with a high SKU count.

- You have managed orders with many SKUs (variants, sizes, colors)
- You have handled order issues / missing items / fulfillment problems
- You can provide real store examples (websites) you worked for

???? Your Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that every order is fulfilled correctly and on time, by identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.
???? Daily Responsibilities
- Check unfulfilled orders daily in Shopify
- Identify missing products, variants, or stock issues
- Coordinate with suppliers to:
- Confirm availability
- Order missing items immediately
- Communicate with the customer service team to:
- Update customers about delays or missing items
- Provide clear timelines and solutions
- Track and follow up on all problematic orders until resolution
Maintain a clean internal system (Google Sheets) to track issues
Flag recurring issues (supplier problems, SKU issues, etc.)
