JOB OVERVIEW

I run a Dutch e-commerce brand and I'm looking for one reliable, detail-oriented person to handle my daily order fulfillment long-term. This is part-time (~20 hrs/week).
What you'll do:

Place my daily orders with my supplier through the CJdropshipping portal — around 50 to 100 orders per day
Check every shipping address carefully before placing the order
Flag anything that looks wrong: incomplete or strange addresses, mismatched details, anything that doesn't add up — and message me before it becomes a problem
Occasionally check Shopify to see what's wrong with an order (you won't process anything in Shopify, just look)

What matters most to me, in order:

Accuracy and attention to detail — a wrong address costs me money and a unhappy customer. You double-check before you click
Reliability and daily consistency — orders go out every day, on time, without me reminding you
Proactive problem-spotting — you notice when something is off and tell me, instead of pushing it through and hoping
Speed — you can comfortably handle the daily volume once you know the flow

Who you are:

You have hands-on experience with CJdropshipping — you know the portal and how order placement works. This is a big plus
You're careful by nature. Sloppy work frustrates you
You're reliable, communicate clearly, and show up every day
You want a long-term role, not a quick gig
Your English is good enough for smooth daily communication
