Position Overview

Looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and creative individual to support both order entry and client design projects.

This role combines the administrative side of processing promotional product orders with the creative side of developing client artwork and presentations. We are looking for someone who can take a client's idea, logo, event theme, or general direction and help turn it into a cohesive collection of promotional products.

Our mockups go beyond simply placing a logo on an existing item. Many projects involve creating a coordinated look across apparel, drinkware, signage, giveaways, packaging, and other promotional products. Some products may require completely custom artwork or designs.

Key Responsibilities
-Enter and maintain client orders accurately and efficiently.
-Review order details, artwork, quantities, product specifications, and client requirements.
-Vectorize client logos and artwork for production.
-Clean up, resize, modify, and prepare artwork for different products and decoration methods.
-Create professional product mockups for client review.
-Develop a consistent visual theme across multiple products for client events, campaigns, and programs.
-Create customized artwork, patterns, backgrounds, graphics, and product concepts when needed.
-Use ChatGPT and other creative/AI tools to assist with developing custom artwork and design concepts.
-Convert final designs into clean, production-ready vector artwork.
-Create polished client presentation boards using Canva.
-Export and organize completed presentations as PDFs for client review and approval.
-Make artwork and presentation revisions based on client or internal feedback.
-Maintain organized artwork, mockups, approvals, order information, and project files.
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure the final product reflects the client's vision.
Skills & Qualifications
-Experience with graphic design and vector artwork.
-Ability to convert raster images and logos into clean vector files.
-Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar vector design software.
-Comfortable using Canva to create polished client presentations.
-Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI-assisted creative tools.
-Good eye for color, layout, branding, and overall design consistency.
-Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take a basic idea and develop it further.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Organized and able to manage multiple client projects and orders at the same time.
-Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
-Experience with promotional products, apparel, print, signage, or a related industry is a plus.

Hours & Compensation

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position working on an Eastern Time (EST) schedule.

What Success Looks Like

A successful person in this role can take a project from client request → order details → creative concept → mockup → vector artwork → client PDF presentation → approved production artwork, while keeping the project accurate, organized, creative, and visually consistent.
