JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Video Editor and Content Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok content workflow. You will be responsible for transforming long-form video content into viral short-form clips using Opus Pro, refining those edits for quality, and managing the scheduling/posting across our accounts.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the short-form video editing and is comfortable navigating opus pro. (Bonus points if you usually schedule the content you make)

Key Responsibilities
Opus Pro Management: Upload long-form videos to Opus Pro and manage the dashboard.

- Quality Control: Review all AI-generated clips. You won't just "accept" what the AI gives you; you will adjust framing, captions, and timing to ensure every clip is high-quality.
- Video Editing: Perform manual corrections (cutting out dead air, fixing caption errors, or adjusting B-roll) using your preferred software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Posting & Scheduling: Handle the full scheduling and posting process on our TikTok/Social accounts.
Communication: Keep us updated on progress as we refine this new workflow together.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must.
- Fluid Video Editor: You must be comfortable with video pacing, visual hooks, and making manual edits to AI-generated content.
- Opus Pro Familiarity: Experience with Opus Pro is a huge plus. We can provide training, but you must be tech-savvy and quick to learn.
- Reliability: Since this is a new project, we need someone dependable who can manage their hours effectively

- Status: This is a new project. We aren't exactly sure how long it will take each day or how long the project will run, but we are starting with an assumption of 1-4 hours per day.
- Flexibility: As we grow, there may be opportunities for more hours.
