Have exceptional English proofreading and editing skills for grammar, clarity, and style consistency

Have at least on year of professional market or opinion research experience.

Can verify and maintain data accuracy across all stages of the research process

Have an exceptional eye for detail

Exhibit strong initiative/bias to action

Can perform tasks in a fast-paced environment

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

More about the position:

Quality control: Review all deliverables for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy; cross-check data sets to ensure consistency and integrity before client delivery
Quantitative research: Develop comprehensive written reports
Data collection: Program and test surveys to ensure accuracy, sample design, and survey distribution
Data processing and analysis: Analyze research results, code and analyze open-ended responses, work with SPSS or similar statistical software
Data visualization: Create visuals for reporting and dashboards (PowerPoint, Canva, Looker Studio, etc.)
Qualitative Research: Manage and analyze focus groups/in-depth interviews, coordinate recruiting, assist in reporting
Participate in client meetings by taking notes, identifying key action steps, understanding client needs, and making presentations

Required qualifications:

At least one year of market or opinion research experience
A bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven English proofreading and editing ability
Experience with data quality checks and error detection in research outputs
Strong communication skills
