JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there!
This is not your typical job post. Starting with me typing this stuff out myself and not using AI. I am not looking for a VA. I am looking for operators who can execute ideas. But let me be more precise.

A few months ago I made a job post on here, and one applicant stood out to me. She was working for a company with a business model I have never heard of. Essentially, the company was a middleman between so-called “music-curators” (people with a simple self-selected music playlist in a specific genre) and new artists who needed exposure to their target audience. New artist were featured in the curated playlist matching their style. I found this fascinating, and it left me wondering: what else is there? What other unknown business models exist? What untapped niches? Where are the opportunities people don’t see? This is why I want to hear your story. What interesting companies did you work for and most importantly: what business model is overlooked and could be replicated??
The role I am hiring for is an operator. Maybe you have had the chance to experience and interestng business model like as the company I have mentioned.??Something that is 1) niche 2) overlooked and 3) can be replicated
