The Profit Room is a financial education company that helps people create supplemental and replacement income through trading and investing. We help working people build real skills, grow confidence, and move toward more freedom through structured programs, coaching, and mentorship.

We are growing, and we need a sharp Operations and Project Manager who can help keep the business organized, moving, and on track.

Who this role is for

This role is for a strong thinker and executor.

You are not just taking instructions. You are helping turn ideas into action, keeping projects moving, tracking what matters, and helping leadership stay focused on the highest priorities.

You should be organized, proactive, detail-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-moving founder-led business. You should be able to manage moving parts, follow up with tea ---------- mbers, help organize coaches and projects, and keep deadlines from slipping.

What you will own

Project management across company priorities
Meeting notes, action items, and follow-up
Team accountability and timeline tracking
KPI tracking and reporting
Coach coordination and internal communication
SOP documentation and process improvement
Support with GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, and backend systems
Helping leadership stay organized and focused on what matters most

Main responsibilities

Turn leadership ideas and discussions into clear tasks, owners, and deadlines
Track ongoing projects and keep them moving without constant follow-up from leadership
Take notes during meetings and send clear action steps after meetings
Monitor what coaches and tea ---------- mbers are responsible for and follow up when needed
Help organize weekly priorities across operations, marketing, and client delivery
Maintain project boards, trackers, and internal documentation
Track KPIs and help build simple dashboards or scorecards
Support GoHighLevel project coordination, funnel tasks, and automation-related follow-up
Help improve systems, workflows, and internal communication
Communicate clearly with leadership when projects are off track, blocked, or need decisions

Required skills

Strong project management ability
Strong written English and professional communication
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Ability to think ahead and solve problems without hand-holding
Experience with task tracking, documentation, and team follow-up
Comfort using GoHighLevel or similar systems
Understanding of funnels, automations, and business workflows
Ability to work directly with founders and leadership

Preferred experience

Experience in online education, coaching, consulting, or marketing businesses
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Slack, and dashboards
Experience tracking KPIs and team performance
Experience documenting SOPs and improving internal systems
Understanding of marketing workflows, funnels, and light tech troubleshooting
Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and productivity

Schedule and compensation

This role will begin as a paid part-time trial and can grow into a full-time salaried role.

Target starting compensation range
$900 to $1,300 per month based on skill, experience, and trial performance
