Overview
We are a growing digital agency seeking an Operations & Client Support Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate internal task execution, and improve operational workflows. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role requiring strong organization and attention to detail. You will ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time while serving as a key link between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure tasks are clearly assigned and completed
• Track active tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Draft and send client communications as needed
• Identify communication gaps and process inefficiencies; develop and implement solutions
• Ensure all deliverables included in website packages are completed and properly implemented
• Create and maintain business email accounts for clients
• Assist clients with connecting websites to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile (GBP)
• Manage and support Google Business Profile (GBP) setup, verification, and maintenance
• Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Consistent and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Reduction in communication gaps and missed items
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Improved efficiency in internal workflows and client communication
• Strong responsiveness and reliability in handling client needs

Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in operations, client support, or administrative coordination
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with websites, email systems, and online platforms
• Proactive, dependable, and able to solve problems independently

Work Arrangement
• Part-time, remote position
• Philippines-based candidates preferred
