Experience working as a Virtual Assistant is not required, but it is a plus. If you have VA experience, please describe the company and your responsibilities.

What does this job include?
- Talking to guests: Respond promptly to guest messages and inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Airbnb Cases, Reviews & Claims: Monitor and manage Airbnb cases and guest reviews, including removing invalid or untrue negative reviews and handling claims or guest charges for broken, damaged, stained, or missing items.
- Operations Coordination (Cleaners, Supplies & Maintenance): Coordinate with cleaners on supply ordering and Amazon deliveries, and communicate with handymen and the project coordinator to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Invoice & Document Management: Cross-check cleaning invoices against the Airbnb calendar to ensure accurate billing, and organize all receipts and invoices into designated Google Drive folders for proper record-keeping.
- Prospect List Building: Create and maintain prospect lists of short-term rental owners using defined internal criteria.
- Prospect Research & Enrichment: Add basic background details to prospect lists (number of listings, pricing range, reviews, etc.) to support sales outreach.
- Follow-Up List Management: Maintain organized follow-up lists for prospects requiring future outreach. Please include the word Apples to your subject line to prove you’ve read the job post.
- Social Media Research (Non-Creative): Identify high-performing Airbnb, short-term rental, and real estate social media videos, save links, and note simple, observable patterns such as topic, hook style, or format.
- Operations-Based Content Ideas: Pull recurring guest or operational issues fro ---------- ssage logs and note them down for the team to use when creating content.
