JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking an operations-focused VA to manage backend systems for Raven Home Co (Luxury Real Estate) and Lois Head Spa (Wellness). This is a systems and automation role—not a design role. You will follow detailed SOPs to ensure our "machine" runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel (GHL): Build/maintain funnels, landing pages, and email automation workflows.

Ads Management: Monitor Meta and Google Ad campaigns (tracking spend and CPL).

Reputation Management: Respond to Google Business Profile reviews daily.

Inbox Triage: Flag hot leads and handle routine inquiries for luxury brands.

Reporting: Submit daily morning and end-of-day check-in reports.

Requirements:

Proven GHL Experience: Must be able to build workflows and funnels independently.

Ads Manager: Experience setting up audiences and reading performance data.

Communication: Exceptional written English for luxury brand representation.

Schedule: Must have at least 5 hours of overlap with US Central Time (8 AM–6 PM CT).
