#Operations Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

We are a growing U.S.-based pest control company looking for a full-time Operations Virtual Assistant to help support our office and operations team.

This role is focused on organization, accuracy, follow-through, and helping our team stay efficient every day.

You will NOT be required to speak with customers on the phone. You may send emails and text messages to customers, but this is primarily an internal operations and administrative support role.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

* Order audits and quality checks
* Posting and completing orders
* Sending billing
* Sending emails and text messages
* Creating tasks for tea ---------- mbers
* Data audits and cleanup
* Creating orders and estimates
* Lead audits and follow-up tracking
* Routing and scheduling support
* Generating reports
* General administrative and office support

## REQUIREMENTS

* Strong attention to detail
* Organized and dependable
* Able to follow instructions carefully
* Good written English
* Fast learner
* Honest and hardworking
* Comfortable working on a computer all day
* Able to stay focused and productive during working hours

## IMPORTANT

* Full-time only
* 40 hours per week
* Must work during PST (California) business hours
* You may not work another job while working for our company
* We need your full attention during your scheduled shift
* Stable internet connection required
* Reliable computer required
* Quiet and professional workspace required

## COMPENSATION

* $800/month starting pay
