JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US

Universe Productions runs a network of YouTube channels with 750K+ subscribers and 180M+ views. We're a US company with a remote team of editors, writers, and voice actors. This is a long-term role: you'll be our first operations hire, working directly with the owner.

SCHEDULE AND PAY

- $1,083 to $1,200/month USD, depending on QuickBooks experience
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 7pm to 3am Manila (Mon to Fri)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You own the back office. The owner does creative and closes sponsors; you make sure everything after that actually happens.

Sponsor delivery (about half your day)
- Run every signed sponsor deal from brief to paid: brief the writer and editor, chase drafts, get brand approval in writing, place links and codes, verify the upload within 1 hour, send the post-publish report, invoice, and chase payment
- Keep the Sponsor Tracker (Notion) current every day
- Pull day-30 views on CPM deals and calculate invoice amounts

QuickBooks Online (about 30 min/day)
- Clear the For Review tab against our categorization guide
- Match contractor payouts to verified invoices and attach PDFs
- Attach invoices to sponsor payments

Inbox, ---------- , admin
- Manage the owner's inbox, route sponsor emails within 4 hours
- Check contractor channels in ---------- daily and flag issues
- Respond to copyright alerts ( ---------- + Pushover) using our written procedure
- Onboard new contractors: roster, NDA, tax forms, access
- Friday status report in a fixed format

YOU MUST HAVE

- 2+ years in campaign coordination, project coordination, agency account management, or executive assistant work with external clients
- QuickBooks Online experience (bank feed categorization at minimum)
- Excellent written English. You'll email brands and write briefs for our team
- Comfortable with ---------- , Trello, Notion, Google Workspace
- Able to work 7pm to 3am Manila, exclusively for us, long-term
- Stable internet plus a backup plan for power and internet outages
- ID Proof score of 80+

NICE TO HAVE

- Worked with YouTube creators, influencer campaigns, or sponsorship agencies
- Experience with Wise or PayPal business accounts

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- $1,083 to $1,200/month, paid monthly via Wise
- 13th month built into the monthly rate (no waiting until December)
