What does this job include?
- Communicating with cleaners/inventory and supply management: Coordinate with cleaners the ordering and delivery of supplies on Amazon, ensuring they are sent to the appropriate properties and cleaning teams.
- Communicating with handymen and our Project Coordinator: Ensure that any maintenance issues on the properties are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Talking to guests: Respond promptly to guest messages and inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Talking to Airbnb/removing reviews: Monitor and address guest reviews, removing invalid and untrue negative reviews to maintain our 5-star ratings and Superhost status.
- Negotiating claims/charging guests fees: Handle the process of charging guests for any broken, damaged, stained, or missing items.
- Invoice Verification: Cross-check invoices from cleaning teams with the Hostaway/Airbnb calendar to ensure accurate billing and prevent charges for unperformed cleanings. Please include the word Apples to your subject line to prove you’ve read the job post.
- Document Management: Organize and file receipts and invoices into designated folders on Google Drive for easy access and record-keeping.

We are looking for a full time VA (7 hour shifts (12 PM to 7 PM EST), 6 days per week + 3 hour shift (1 PM to 4 PM EST) 1 day per week.) so do not apply if you currently have another job. You cannot have another job and work for us.
