JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: (VOICE RECORDING REQUIRED)
We are hiring a full-time Operations VA for Indy Pickup 1111, a busy pickup and logistics company based in Indianapolis. We are looking for someone highly organized, dependable, and fluent in English who can help manage daily operations during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage driver route sheets and sequence stops efficiently
Track daily pickups and delivery progress
Handle customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
Log new pickup requests and confirm scheduling
Communicate real-time updates and changes with drivers
Assist with Facebook and Instagram posting and basic engagement
Help keep operations organized and on schedule
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in admin, dispatch, logistics, or customer service
Strong spoken and written English
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Maps, email, and messaging tools
Able to work U.S. business hours
Dispatch or logistics experience preferred
