JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Systems Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations, email organization, scheduling, CRM management, and workflow coordination.

This is NOT a training position. Please do not apply if you do not already have experience with the required systems and responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:

Google Workspace organization and management
Gmail organization using labels, filters, folders, and follow-up systems
Google Calendar scheduling and calendar management

Email management and inbox organization
GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM management

Email campaign setup and organization
Asana task and project coordination
Organizing workflows, systems, and operational processes
Managing follow-ups and maintaining organized communication
Supporting administrative and operational efficiency

Requirements:

Strong Google Workspace experience REQUIRED
Advanced Gmail filter and email organization experience REQUIRED
Google Calendar scheduling experience REQUIRED
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience REQUIRED

Email campaign experience REQUIRED
Asana experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Able to work independently and take initiative

Do NOT apply if:

You need training in Google Workspace or Gmail organization
You have never used GoHighLevel
You do not have experience managing email campaigns
You are not comfortable with organization and systems management
