About us

We're an Australian marketing agency that helps trade businesses (concreters, landscapers, builders) grow using AI, paid ads, and smart systems. We're a small, fast-moving team that leans heavily on AI to do more with less — and we want someone who thinks the same way.

The role

You'll own the day-to-day systems work that keeps our clients running, so the rest of the team can stay focused on creative. Day to day, that means:

- Setting up and maintaining client CRMs and automations in GoHighLevel
- Making edits and updates to client websites and landing pages
- Handling client tech requests — troubleshooting forms, updating details, keeping things working
- Using AI tools daily to work faster and document how we do things
- Most of this you'll learn on the job. We're not hiring for what you already know — we're hiring for how fast you learn and how well you think.

Who we're looking for

- Strong written and spoken English
- A genuine interest in AI and a habit of using it to work faster
- Strong computer literacy — comfortable teaching yourself new tools and dashboards
- Resourceful and reliable — you figure things out instead of waiting to be told
- A stable internet connection, backup power/internet, and a quiet place to work
- Experience with GoHighLevel or websites is NOT required. Being switched on, resourceful, and reliable matters far more. If you're the type who picks up new software on your own and actually enjoys solving problems, you'll do well here.

This is a long-term, full-time position with a clear path from junior to senior systems for strong performers. Pay grows as you take ownership and prove you can run our systems independently. We want someone serious about growing with us — not jumping ship in 12 months.
