JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Start time between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Systems Specialist to support the tools, systems, and processes that keep our operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving workflows, and helping teams stay organized.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and organize company systems and databases
- Ensure data accuracy across business platforms
- Support CRM management and updates

2. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Document and maintain internal processes and procedures
- Assist with implementing process improvements

3. Reporting & Operations Support
- Track key metrics and generate reports
- Support teams with system-related needs and troubleshooting
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and business software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
