JOB OVERVIEW

Construction Operations Systems Builder ( ---------- Required)

We’re looking for someone highly organized and systems-minded to help us build and improve our operations.

Our company is Superior Drywall & Finishing, a service-based drywall company located in Northwest Arkansas, USA. We handle remodels, new construction, and drywall finishing projects.

Right now, our systems are not perfect. That’s why we’re hiring.

We need someone who can help:

• Build and improve workflows inside ----------
• Organize jobs, timelines, and subcontractors
• Create clear dashboards so we know what’s happening at all times
• Track job progress and profitability
• Spot inefficiencies and fix them
• Bring structure to a growing construction company

You must:

• Have real experience using ----------
• Be extremely organized
• Be proactive and solution-focused
• Communicate clearly in English
• Actually care about doing good work

This is a part-time position starting at $4/hour.
