About the Role
MN Staffing Resource LLC is seeking a highly organized and systems-driven Operations & Systems Coordinator to support agency operations in a virtual capacity. This role acts as a central point of coordination across intake processes, internal systems, and interdepartmental communication.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing data systems while ensuring smooth operational workflows across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Referral Triage & Administrative Coordination
Serve as the central coordinator for all incoming referrals from multiple channels
Review, prioritize, and assign referrals to appropriate staff in a timely manner
Ensure consistent follow-up and tracking of all referrals through completion
Maintain organized records and prevent gaps in service delivery
2. Executive Inbox & Communication Management (~20% of role)
Manage high-volume
Triage, prioritize, and flag urgent communications
Ensure timely responses and follow-through on key action items
Facilitate clear communication between departments
3. Systems, Data & Reporting Management
Manage and maintain Salesforce, including workflows, tracking systems, and reporting
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms
Generate monthly and ad hoc reports for internal use and external requirements
Identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Salesforce (reporting, workflows, and system management)
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Experience managing high-volume inboxes or communications
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication and coordination skills across teams
