JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring — Operations & Systems Builder

We don't need someone to follow systems. We need someone to build them.
AiDus is a Fractional COO service that builds and staffs growth operations for service-based businesses using trained Filipino ops teams. When a client signs, you take the audit blueprint and execute it end-to-end — CRM, automations, SOPs, content ops, VA training. All of it. Without the founder touching it.

You're the right person if:
? Proven experience building systems in a fast-moving environment.
? You don't just build systems — you document them so someone else can run them without you
? You've trained or onboarded people into systems before
? Analytical mindset — you spot inefficiencies before they're obvious
? Deep familiarity with ops/PM tools and automations
? Bonus if you have experience in BPO, agency ops, or client delivery experience

What you'll do:
? Design, document, and implement operational workflows and SOPs
? Identify bottlenecks and build systems to fix them
? Set up and manage project/operations tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
? Coordinate across teams to ensure process alignment
? Create scalable frameworks for repeatable operations
? Directly support leadership on high-priority projects

This is a contractual role paid in PHP. Rate is based on experience — and it's not a ceiling. As you grow and take on more clients independently, your scope and compensation grow with it.
