JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Systems Builder to design and manage the internal operations of a fast-growing U.S.-based healthcare company.

This is NOT a data entry or admin role.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining Airtable systems, integrating email workflows, and helping create a real-time operational command center across:
• Patient operations
• Billing & finance tracking
• Task ownership & workflows
• Email intake and routing

If you think in systems, not tasks — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build and maintain Airtable bases (advanced level)
• Create structured systems for:
• Finance tracking (payments, balances, issues)
• Patient workflows (intake, follow-ups)
• Task ownership and accountability
• Connect Gmail / email notifications into Airtable workflows
• Organize messy processes into clean, scalable systems
• Create dashboards for leadership visibility (KPIs, tracking)
• Improve workflows continuously (not just follow instructions)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED:
• Strong experience with Airtable (Advanced)
• Strong experience with Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced)
• Experience working with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong written English

BONUS (HIGHLY PREFERRED):
• Experience connecting email (Gmail) ? workflows / databases
• Experience with operations, billing, or workflow systems
• Experience with healthcare, CRM, or ticketing systems
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Keragon (or similar automation tools)
• Practice Fusion / EMRs
• Updox or messaging systems

• No more scattered spreadsheets
• Clear ownership of every task
• Real-time visibility into operations
• Systems that run without constant supervision

This role is for builders, not assistants.
