We are building a lean workflow automation business in Australia and need an experienced operations/systems architect to help design the operating structure before we begin scaling.

The business will sell paid Workflow Automation ROI Sprints to Australian SMEs. The sprint will map one manual workflow, identify automation opportunities, estimate ROI/time savings, and produce an implementation quote. Builds may involve tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, CRMs, dashboards, and AI tools.
What we need help with:
* Overall company operating structure
* Roles and responsibilities for future contractors/employees
* Workflow audit process
* Client discovery questions
* Paid audit/report template
* ROI and opportunity scoring framework
* SOPs for repeatable delivery
* ClickUp/Airtable/Notion setup for managing leads, audits, builds, and contractors
* Supplier/builder handoff process
* QA checklist for audit and automation work
* B2B sales operations structure
* Cold calling/appointment-setting workflow
* CRM pipeline, lead tracking, setter/closer handoff, and reporting dashboards
Ideal candidate:
* Strong experience in business operations, systems design, or process improvement
* Experience building workflows in ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, Asana, or similar tools
* Comfortable creating SOPs, templates, dashboards, and process documentation
* Understands automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, GHL, HubSpot, or similar
* Can turn a vague business idea into a structured operating system
* Bonus if you have experience with agencies, SaaS, B2B sales operations, cold calling teams, appointment setters, or CRM pipelines
First project:
We would like to start with a small paid setup sprint, likely 10-20 hours.
The goal of the first sprint is to create the core operating system, templates, and delivery process so the business can later be run by lower-cost operators and automation builders.
