- 6-day work week, 12-8pm UKT (times slightly negotiable, 5 day work week also negotiable with 9-hour working days)

We are seeking a proactive and independent Operations Strategist to support and optimise our academic operations, particularly in managing tutors and internal processes.
Role Overview
- Oversee and optimise day-to-day operational processes
- Manage and coordinate with tutors to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support hiring and onboarding of tutors when required
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
- Conduct market research and provide insights to improve operations
- Work independently to ensure efficiency and consistency
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tutor relationships, including coordination, scheduling, and payments
- Assist in sourcing and hiring qualified tutors when needed
- Coordinate meetings and handle general administrative duties
- Monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research to support decision-making
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations across teams
- Work closely with tea
Requirements
- Ability to work within UK time zones
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in operations, administration, or education-related roles is an advantage
