JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an Operations Specialist to help us run and scale our business operations.

This is not an admin role. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of systems, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency across the company.

You do not need experience in all areas.
If you are strong in at least one of the following—Startup Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Systems & Automation—we encourage you to apply.

If you enjoy building structure, optimizing workflows, and turning messy processes into scalable systems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Depending on your background, you may focus on one or more of the following areas:

Run Core Business Operations (Startup Ops)
Manage and improve day-to-day operational workflows
Track KPIs and performance metrics
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and priorities
Identify inefficiencies and implement better processes
Maintain and improve internal documentation and SOPs

Manage Revenue Operations (RevOps)
Own and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Track sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance
Build dashboards and reporting for leadership
Ensure data accuracy across systems
Provide insights to improve revenue performance

Build Systems & Automations
Design and implement operational workflows
Build automations using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Notion
Integrate tools across sales, marketing, and operations
Reduce manual work and improve efficiency across teams

We’re looking for candidates with true operational ownership, not just coordination experience.

You do NOT need to have experience in all three areas.
