Founded in 2019, Walker Strategy Co. exists to empower therapists—who have for too long been overworked and underpaid—to feel confident in the value they provide and to ultimately design a business that serves both their lives and the lives of their clients.
Our mission is to offer strategy-driven copy, design, and marketing coaching for solo & boutique group practices to effectively + authentically fill their private pay caseloads.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a capable Operations and Support Specialist / Virtual Admin who will be systems and support focused to support delivery of our digital products and services with great efficiency and high client satisfaction. This role will be responsible for managing internal marketing and sales tools and workflows, automations, integrations, and providing customer-facing assistance. This role is best suited for someone who is technically savvy, detail-oriented, highly dependable, and efficient to keep our systems running together seamlessly.
You will take ownership of the marketing systems and workflows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, streamlining systems, integrating tools, and providing the structure needed to turn vision into execution.
This position is a part-time (25 hours) position at $10 USD per hour. This position is based virtually (work from home). We ask that you have Monday through Friday availability between 8am–1pm Central Time to collaborate with the CEO and team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, maintain, and monitor marketing software and tools
- Set up and manage integrations between core tools
- Support campaigns, launches, and sales with automation design, and segmentation
- Accurate tracking and weekly reporting of KPIs and metrics for business dashboards
- Schedule social media posts across various platforms, assist with monitoring online communities, and respond to support comments and messages
- Own admin responsibilities for key workflows, document SOPs and work with tea
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve them so deadlines are met
- QA and troubleshoot automation issues, broken triggers and pathways
- Manage inbound mailboxes, receive and manage customer support issues and inquiries
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong, fluid English
- Available to work between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Central Time (United States)
- 5+ years of experience in business or marketing operations, project management, or online business management
- Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns and online business strategy (launches, funnels,
- Experience integrating tools and managing a tech stack (ActiveCampaign, Thrivecart, Zapier, MemberVault, Squarespace, Dubsado are a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat and fun with a positive team-oriented attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Self-sufficient and internally motivated
- Friendly, service-minded disposition
