JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US

We're a growing cold-calling and sales outsourcing agency, running outbound campaigns for clients across Australia, New Zealand, and other international markets. We're a small, close-knit team with a positive, low-drama atmosphere and reasonable, fair KPIs and expectations. We're not a high-pressure call-centre grind. You'd be working alongside our sales team, supporting our operations, and working directly with the founder.

THE ROLE

We're looking for someone to own the day-to-day operations side of our business so our sales team and our founder can focus on what they do best. This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do. If something's broken, blocked, or needs a decision and no one's around to ask, we want you to figure it out and act - using our systems, using your judgement, and using AI tools like Claude to help you with problems you haven't seen before.

***PLEASE NOTE - Working Hours for this job are fixed, 9 AM - 5 PM Sydney Time (which is currently 7AM - 3PM Manila/PH Time). If you CAN NOT work these hours, please DO NOT APPLY.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

-Building and cleaning prospect lists (Clay, Lead Sourcing Tools, Claude and other AI tools), and enriching company/contact data
-Setting up and managing outbound campaigns in our sales dialer ( ---------- ), and contacts in our CRM (called Less Annoying CRM)
-Setting up redial campaigns and making sure they don't overlap with contacts already spoken to
-Putting together each sales rep's next-day work plan and sending it to them
-Monitoring our inbox and handling quick client requests yourself - using the CRM/dialer to find the answer rather than escalating everything
-Supporting our sales reps day-to-day (on ---------- ) - allocating campaigns, granting access, updating campaign status, and helping troubleshoot when something's not working
-General operational admin as it comes up, and an ongoing backlog of improvement tasks for quieter stretches
-Potential online event management and recruitment help where needed (but this is for later, not now)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The single most important thing we're looking for: you take action instead of waiting to be told. Software and our specific systems, we can teach you. What we can't teach is judgement and initiative.

Here's an example of what we mean: a client emails saying they need their campaign paused because they want to review the messaging. You don't know who's currently working that campaign, and the founder isn't available. What do you do? If your answer is "wait until someone tells me," this role isn't the right fit. If your answer is "find out which of sales reps is working on it and action the pause myself," you're exactly who we're looking for.

We also want someone who can follow process and direction well - this isn't about going rogue, it's about knowing when to act and when to check first.

WHAT WOULD HELP

-Experience with CRM systems and/or outbound sales/call-centre support (any platform - we'll train you on ours)
-Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to help solve unfamiliar problems (not required, but a strong plus)
-Strong written English
-Prior experience in an agency or fast-moving small-business environment

**** HOW TO APPLY - READ THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY ****

Please include your CV/Resume, and answer the following as part of your application:

Some context: each morning, our sales reps start their calling campaigns for the day. Sometimes a sales rep can't see the campaign they're supposed to be working on in the sales dialer (which is where they call people from for allocated campaigns for the day). As the person in ops/sales support role, you'll have visibility and access across all campaigns and reps.

Scenario: It's 9:05am. The founder isn't available. A sales rep messages you saying he can't find the campaign he's supposed to work on today. What do you do?

*****Applications that don't answer this won't be considered - we read every one properly, so take your time.
