JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support to a growing U.S.-based business operation.

This is a flexible support position for someone who enjoys research, organization, communication, and helping projects move from assignment to completion.
Schedule & Compensation
Starting Schedule: 8 hours per week
Starting Compensation: $3.00 USD per hour
Starting Weekly Compensation: $24.00 USD

Additional hours and responsibilities may become available based on performance, reliability, workload, and business needs.
The specific work schedule will be established before the assignment begins.

Initial Responsibilities
Assignments may include:
• Online research and lead generation
• Finding and verifying business contact information
• Organizing names, phone numbers, emails, websites, and contact records
• Venue and business research
• Preparing outreach/contact lists
• Sending approved outreach materials through authorized systems
• Musician and talent research
• Social media research
• Spreadsheet and data organization
• Project and task updates
• Follow-up tracking
Responsibilities may change as business priorities change.

Required Qualifications

You should:
• Write and communicate clearly in English
• Be dependable and responsive
• Have reliable internet access
• Follow written instructions carefully
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel
• Be able to perform online research independently
• Organize information accurately
• Be willing to learn new software and systems
• Work without constant supervision
• Ask questions when clarification is genuinely needed
• Be comfortable with changing priorities

Experience with Canva, ChatGPT/AI tools, social media, CRM systems, or website editors is helpful but not required.

You are not expected to know everything. However, if you encounter a problem, we expect you to investigate, think through reasonable solutions, communicate clearly and continue moving the assignment forward whenever possible.
