THE POST
**Run the production line for a US marketing agency that films contractors and

sells the footage as ads.**

We are deCRUZ Construction Marketing. We run Meta ads and video for remodelers,

roofers, landscapers, ADU and custom-home builders across the United States. We

film on their job sites, cut the footage into ads, run the campaigns, and send

them homeowners who want the work done. Every client gets a weekly review of

their numbers and a guarantee that holds us to results.

We are hiring one Operations Project Manager. You own each client from the day they

sign to the day their ads are live, and you keep production moving after that.

What you will actually do
Onboard every new client: the onboarding survey, the GoHighLevel set-up call, Meta access, and the handoff to production.
Write ad scripts from the client's survey and shoot form using our AI script prompt — 10 hooks, 6 bodies, one clear call to action — and get them approved.
Book and prepare shoots with our videographers, confirm the address and the contact the day before, and make sure the footage lands in the right ---------- folder.
Run the line: script → shoot → edit → internal review → launch. Nothing sits more than one working day without an owner.
Keep every client's to-dos, waiting-on-client items and deadlines current in our dashboard and in ClickUp.
Give the media buyer what an account needs before it needs it — new creative, a new angle, a shoot booked.
Join weekly performance reviews with clients, and run them yourself as you ramp up.
What we are looking for
Organised to the point other people notice it. You close loops without being reminded.
Clear, friendly written English — you message US clients every day.
Comfortable with tools: GoHighLevel, ClickUp, ---------- , Google Workspace. We will teach you the ones you do not know.
Experience in an agency, in project management, or in client-facing operations. Construction or home-services knowledge is a big plus.
You can work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Pacific, Monday to Saturday.
How we work — read this before you apply
Full-time, remote. 48 tracked hours a week, Monday to Saturday: 8 hours a day plus a 1-hour unpaid lunch, inside 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Pacific. Those hours are not negotiable.
Time is tracked in Time Doctor for all working hours. Your pay is measured against it. If a day is missed, you can make those hours up on a Sunday and keep the pay — agreed in advance.
Paid monthly on the 5th. Your invoice opens in our dashboard on the 4th.
Everything has a written SOP and you will be trained on each one before you run it alone.
30-day trial period at the start.
A bonus structure for this role is being finalised and will be added in writing once it is set.
