About RTZ Better Living
RTZ Better Living is a real estate investment, renovation, and property management company based in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We hold and manage a portfolio of properties across multiple LLCs, buy off-market from motivated sellers, and run our own renovation projects with a trusted GC. I am the founder, recently operating solo after a business partnership ended, and I am rebuilding my operations from the ground up. I am a licensed real estate agent and investor, not an operations person by nature, and I need someone who genuinely is.

This is a part-time, project-based role to start (10-15 hours/week), not a full-time position. If it is a strong fit and the work is executed well, there is real potential for this to grow into a permanent, higher-scope role over time. That growth has to be earned through proven results, not assumed upfront.

Why This Role Exists
I am at a turning point. I am now solely responsible for acquisitions, GC oversight, and team management, on top of running the business itself. I have a small team and several systems that are partially built but not fully running. I need someone who can take real ownership of getting these systems finished and functioning, and who has the capability to grow into a true right hand role as trust is established.

I do not want a task-taker who needs everything specified in advance. I want someone who can look at a half-finished system, ask me the handful of questions that matter, and then build and run it without me having to manage every step.

Phase 1 (Part-Time, First 60-90 Days): Prove the Fundamentals
This phase is deliberately narrow and concrete, because I need to see execution before extending broader hours, scope, or authority.
- Take ownership of our Follow Up Boss CRM, which is partially configured but not currently running. No leads are being automatically followed up with yet.
- Audit what exists, ask the right clarifying questions, and finish building it: pipelines, Action Plans (automated follow up sequences), and integration with our lead sources (PropStream and BatchLeads)
- Test the system end to end and confirm real leads are being worked automatically
- Take ownership of one additional recurring operational process
- Document what you build clearly enough that someone else could maintain it

Phase 2 (After Phase 1 Is Delivered): Potential Path to Permanent, Right Hand / Integrator Scope
If Phase 1 is executed well and independently, this can grow into a permanent, higher-hours role that includes:
- Owning day to day operations across the business so I can focus on acquisitions, seller relationships, and walking properties
- Building and maintaining KPI dashboards and financial clarity across our LLCs
- Holding our GC and vendors accountable to timelines and budgets
- Coordinating and eventually managing hiring for future roles
- Bringing structure to our team rhythm as we grow
- Becoming the person who makes operational calls so I do not have to be pulled into every detail
